Segment: For this project I will be using a geographic segment, this would be a good start since I could find the gyms
3 people: The individuals who I interviewed are all people who go to the gym around the same time and they all go to different gyms
Conclusion: After conducting the interviews it is clear that these individuals clearly experience this problem constantly and find themselves spending too much time at the gym. This seems to be a problem at any gym the determining factor is the time that the individuals go to the gym

Hey Jorge, your interviews solicited the usual response but I still think that your service still has a niche to be in. There's definitely progressive gyms out there where that could be seamlessly implemented, and maybe even accessories for free? When I went to Europe this summer, they had wrist bracelets that let them perform certain actions around the gym such as opening doors. Except, you can easily use it to queue a wait for a machine.

ReplyDeleteYou mentioned that those that you interviewed just decided to adapt or change their schedules due to the gym being so busy. This can be used as an empathetic quality towards your concept. By getting customers to realize just how often they have this problem, they become more empathetic towards the issue at hand. Hopefully, this will lead to more and more people buying your product/service.
