Who Am I? My name is Jorge Spinatto and I am a junior at the University of Florida. I have a particular set of skills, skills I have acquired over a very short career. Skills that make me a dream for people like you...I am also a commercial pilot and flight instructor with endless contacts in the aviation industry.
What am I offering you? I am offering you the offer of a lifetime, something so revolutionary it will make you think about your very existence. My app will allow you to reserve gym equipment prior to you using it, this will allow you to flow from machine to machine at the gym. It will save you countless hours year round at the gym.
Who am I offering this to? I am offering it to you, the person who thinks it’s a great idea to go to the gym at its peak period. I am offering it to you the person who thinks going to the gym with a tight schedule is a good idea, and finally I am offering it to you the person who goes to the gym and wants to get out of there as quickly as possible.
Why should you care? You should care because do you realize what you are missing out while you are at the gym waiting for machines to open up? I mean c’mon you are missing out countless hours. Like they say in Wall Street time is money, and your clock is ticking so what are you gonna do with your extra time after you use my app?
What sets us apart from others? Well last time I checked there wasn’t anything like us doing such a revolutionary thing, and quite frankly I’m not sure how I even had the brain power to come up with such glorious idea.
Evaluation:
I believe that these statements/ elements belong together. I was going for an old spice vibe when thinking about going this and I think it worked lovely. The only thing that would be of a concern would be getting on board a decent coder or learning how to code myself. Also going to gyms and seeing which gym is interested in signing a contract or some sort of agreement with us.

By writing with humor you keep my attention and I listen to what you have to say. I think you're on point with the elements as well and the types of people you're trying to target. I agree with your evaluation as well.
Youre realling trying to sell me this app Jorge! The way you write makes me think that your audience will definitely be one that is strict on time. As such, your idea could thrive in big and dense cities like LA, NY, Chicago, etc. I think LA would be the perfect place to begin your contracts because they are tech-friendly. All in all, I think you got it.
